William understands the importance of being clear and unambiguous in matters and formulates documents and arguments which ensures no detail in a client’s matter is overlooked.

William primarily practices in family law and assists clients in children’s custody and division of property matters.

William also practices in civil matters often being required to undertake work in the District and Supreme Court jurisdictions and criminal law matters.

William is well versed in running conciliation/settlement conferences and enjoys promoting his client’s interests to ensure the best outcome is achieved for them.

William is direct and to the point. He takes a no-nonsense approach when pursuing a successful finalisation of a matter.

He is quick on his feet and ensures his clients know where their matter is at and where it is headed.

Previously, William practiced in personal injury matters specialising in hearing loss. While having departed from that area of law he uses his skills as a negotiator to the advantage of his present clients.

From time to time, William can also be seen assisting in criminal law and care and protection matters and he appreciates the importance of a team approach to assisting clients.

William also assists the Firm Principal and Director Ms Pascale in complex family law matters. This means clients have the benefit of both Ms Pascale and William working on their matter at any time.

William is admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and High Court of Australia. He is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and is on the Legal Services Commission of South Australia legal aid panel.
